Our skilled Carpenters have completed the roof so Underlay and battons are now being fixed so that the roof can be tiled. The roof is to have a large bedroom and ensuite upstairs so attic trusses were designed to incorporate this.

Milbarn Construction have been recently completed the installation of a new water main at Grange Waters in Essex for Thurrock Council. A trench had to be dug approximately 250meters in length between the depth of 750mm and 1350mm so the new water main could be laid. The water main has to be laid within these depths so that it will not freeze during the cold spells, We averaged our depth at 1100mm.
