Following a very busy past few weeks the team have now began our latest project in Horndon on the Hill in Essex.

The job comprises of an existing bungalow that is to be converted into a 2 storey dwelling with a large Bedroom and ensuite to the 1st floor, and a large extension to the rear.

The roof is to be removed and the only original walls to remain standing are the front and side elevations, the rear wall is to be demolished as are all internal walls due to a new lay out of the interior. All ground floor walls are to be constructed using block work whilst all 1st floor walls are to be constructed using stud work.

Foundations are to be dug and laid ready for an Oak Orangery that is to be supplied and installed by Prime Oak.

New Drainage, soakaway and re distribution of services

Scaffolding (to be installed by M&G Scaffolding in Upminster, Essex)

Steel Erection

Brickwork

New trusses to be secured and roof work to be carried out by our very experienced roofing Carpenters

New Chimney to be constructed

New windows to be made and installed (this will be carried out by Traditional windows in Hornchurch, Essex)
