3 Projects we have carried out

We have carried out a large number of conversions, rear and side extensions as well as loft conversions, conservatory additions and garage extensions and builds.

Some of the projects we have carried out include:

• Two storey, or double storey, over garage extensions which included full design, planning and construction through to decoration and final finish. Architectural planning, planning permission submission and structural engineering were all involved in the project. Although there were subtle changes to the property outside, the inside looked amazing. With an extended kitchen and utility room, the addition of a master bedroom and ensuite, the final project offered a pleasant look to the home, retained the garage for parking or storage, and added appeal and was a valuable addition to the property.
• Two storey, or double storey, side extension including full architectural drawings, planning permission submission, structural calculations, engineering and reports. The finish offered a family room, extended kitchen, and additional bedrooms and an ensuite. Overall the completed project looked great and utilised unused space at the side of the property.
• Two storey, or double storey, extension including full design, architectural drawings, planning and construction through to completion. The side elevation drawings helped the client to visualise how the extension would look. The property benefited from plenty of extra space, the addition of a garage, and added value.
