Loft Conversion Costs
Generally a loft conversion will cost you between 20k – 30k, dependant on the size of the area being converted, the size of the dormers and the amount of dormers. These costs will increase dependant on fixtures and fittings, whether or not a bathroom is to be installed in the converted space and the cost of the fixtures and fittings installed.
Generally, in most cases, the money spent on converting a loft will increase the value of that property by more than the spend cost of the conversion, especially when another bathroom / bedroom is added. It can be a good way of investing money into your property.
